Tasting Menu volume 1

In a streaming era where it’s not unusual for singles sometimes only being deemed “new” within the week of its release, for this series I want to provide a space to slow down and share songs that one can sink their teeth into, tunes that deserve more than a fleeting scroll. Each song on the ‘Tasting Menu’ will coordinate with a flavor profile (sweet, salty, sour, bitter, umami, palate cleanser). Some songs featured on these playlists will be “new” (released in the last week or so) although I want to make sure to not let a song’s release date determine whether or not I include it or not.
